DELIVERY & RETURNS
Deliveries:
Basic delivery rules are as follows:
- Delivery is subject to availability and receipt of payment
- Requests will be processed within 24 hours and delivery confirmed via e-mail
- Delivery within Gauteng: Standard delivery time will be to get your items to you by the next business day providing that you place your order before 1pm.
- Urgent deliveries can be arranged at your cost, and will be delivered to you by 10:30am the next business day providing you place your order by 1pm.
- The delivery costs relate to the weight of your order and the address to which you would like your order delivered - Please expect that 3 garments generally equal 1 kilogram.
Returns:
Basic return rules are as follows:
- All returns must be sent back within 14 days of receipt.
- All original packaging with the tags must be returned intact.
- Items which show any signs of use will not be refunded.
- We accept exchanges for a different size or style.
- In cases of unavailability, Mommies 'n More will refund the client in full within 14 days
- You can cancel your order within 24 hours for a 3 - 4 day delivery order or within 3 hours for a 1 day delivery order, as long as your goods have not been dispatched.
- We are unfortunately unable to refund original postage and packaging or returns postage.
- We do not accept responsibility for items lost or damaged in transit, therefore please retain 'Proof of Postage' by returning your parcel with either a registration or tracking number.
